Ticket Purchase Terms

1. What These Terms Cover

These Ticket Purchase Terms apply to every ticket, pass, reservation, add-on, and related item purchased through CRDNTR. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms, to our Terms of Use, and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who You Are Buying From

CRDNTR processes your payment and delivers your tickets. The event itself is organized and operated by the event organizer named on the event page. The organizer is responsible for the event taking place as described, for admission policies, and for the conduct of the event.

3. Payment and Fees

All prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. Your total may include service fees, facility fees, and applicable taxes; the full amount is always shown before you pay. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

4. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Refund eligibility is set by the event organizer's refund policy shown on the event page, subject to any rights you have under applicable law. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be offered a refund of the ticket price. Some events may offer ticket exchanges, transfers, resale, or returns for credit; availability of each is per event.

5. Ticket Delivery and Admission

Tickets are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout. Your ticket's barcode is your admission credential; do not share it. Admission is subject to the venue's and organizer's entry policies, including age restrictions and security screening.

6. Prohibited Purchases

  • Purchases made with automated tools or for the purpose of unlawful resale.
  • Purchases that violate per-customer ticket limits stated on the event page.
  • Purchases using payment methods you are not authorized to use.

We may cancel and refund orders that violate these restrictions.
