Accessibility

Last updated July 13, 2026

CRDNTR is committed to making our digital experiences usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for our public web experiences.

Scope

This commitment covers the public CRDNTR website, event discovery, ticket purchase and confirmation experiences, public RSVP and invitation pages, and public fan profiles. Event organizers and venues control some event content and on-site accommodations, but we work to make the platform that presents that content accessible.

Measures we take

  • Use semantic structure, keyboard-operable controls, and programmatic labels.
  • Review color contrast and visible focus treatment in public interfaces.
  • Run automated accessibility checks on key buyer journeys and include accessibility review in feature work.
  • Test important flows with browser and assistive-technology-friendly markup.

Current status

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Automated checks cannot find every barrier, and this statement is not a claim that every page has been independently certified. We continue to review new and existing experiences and prioritize fixes based on user impact.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help using a CRDNTR digital experience, email support@crdntr.io. Please include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you used when relevant.

For accommodations at a specific event or venue, contact the event organizer or venue directly. You can still send us feedback about the accessibility of the CRDNTR ticketing or RSVP experience.
